We have a friend whose Mama kitty had kittens. They had been living under her house and not being particularly friendly. The Mama kitty had taught them to be wary of strangers.
The chickens had become enamoured of one of the tiger-striped kittens. He's got beautiful markings. And my friend, God bless her, risked life and limb to capture him. So we've adopted another boy kitty.
He has no name yet. And he's still very shy and scared. But I'll see if I can work with him and bring him out to be a cocky little piece of work like his big brother and psychotic sister. Shouldn't take long. LOL

Oh, a new kitten! I'm so jealous! I love new kittens!!!! I want one!
Awww!!
Oh yeah. Got me a new kitten. *grinning*
He's still extremely wary of me. But I just keep tucking him under the covers with me. Now, if he'll only quit hissing at me! He's not biting or anything. I think he's still VERY insecure with his new environment. Must run and reign kisses down on his cute, little head.

man, a kitty. So not fair. I haven't had a kitty in way too long...
Ah, a new baby!!! Have fun!!
A new kitty! Yay! I bet he'll come around real soon. Hugs and kisses and general good lovin' will do that. :)
Kacey: Talk to me about postage. heh I'll hook you up. *grinning*
Jill: Oh yeah. Kids are excited. They're saying "He's so cute!" Then I must point at my evil, psychotic female cat and say "Once upon a time, so was she." LMAO
Beth C.: He's doing much better today. Kids are spoiling him. He's still missing his Mama, though. Pumpkin (aforementioned beyotch kitty) meows under the window, and he meows back. But he is LOVING his loving.
